Reinventing Rival

Since 2003, we have delivered most of the construction and interior projects at Hotel Rival, taking on a wide range of challenges we’re proud to have shaped. When Rival’s café was reimagined as a blend of tavern, wine bar, and neighborhood restaurant, inspiration came from venues in Prague, Zurich, and Copenhagen—as well as a memorable scene in Netflix’s Inventing Anna.

Developed in close collaboration with Konceptism and interior architect Peter Ågren, Taverna opened in spring 2022.
